
MY APPROACH
My therapeutic approach is informed by Process Oriented Psychology, mindfulness, and a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and emotions. I believe that these aspects of the human interact with each other and are influenced by both, our inner world and our external environment. By becoming more aware of how these parts influence each other, we can learn more about ourselves and how we experience life.
I believe in the inherent wisdom of the body and the transformative power of awareness. By honouring the complexity of the human experience and supporting individuals in their ongoing process of development, we can cultivate a deeper sense of self-understanding, well-being, and personal growth. This approach aligns with a strengths-based framework, recognising the unique gifts, talents, and resilience that each individual possesses.
